Delivery Information
Kasasagi jewellery is handmade by Claire in her workshop, in Bristol. Most jewellery is made to order so delivery can take up to four weeks. Before shipping eligible items are sent to be hallmarked which may delay receipt, however we will endevour to get orders out as quickly as we can and keep you informed along the way.

Delivery time is 3 - 4 weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for the parcel.

Amazing service and gorgeous necklace

I met Claire at the UK Games Expo and fell in love with these polyset necklaces. I went to her stall at least once on each of the three days to try it on, discuss bespoke options, and chat with Claire. On the final day I made my purchase with a bespoke chain length option that we’d discussed. In the next couple of days it was made, shipped, and safely with me and I am so glad I bought it because it is totally stunning, exactly what I wanted, and amazing in every way. I wear it all the time and love it! Huge thanks to Claire for her patience as well as this stunning design. Couldn’t be happier!
